Getting married? Congratulations! Please contact the Parish Office as soon as possible after getting engaged. Our diocese requires at least a 6 month preparation period before the wedding. The marriage prep process is not just to plan a beautiful wedding day, but to build the type of marriage that will last till death do us part.
The Sacrament of Marriage is a great blessing to not only the couple and their family and friends, but to the Church as a whole. Saint Bernadette strives to prepare couples for a lifetime of grace in the relationship that will help lead them to heaven.

The matrimonial covenant, by which a man and a woman establish between themselves a partnership of the whole of life, is by its nature ordered toward the good of the spouses and the procreation and education of offspring; this covenant between baptized persons has been raised by Christ the Lord to the dignity of a sacrament.
